Key Responsibilities:
As a Lawn Sprinkler/Irrigation Technician, your duties will include:
- Installing and servicing lawn sprinkler systems
- Modifying and upgrading existing systems
- Installing timers, controllers, and rain sensors
- Diagnosing and repairing leaks, valves, heads, controllers, and system wiring
- Building strong client relationships with clear, confident communication
- Educating customers on system maintenance for optimal efficiency
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience in irrigation installation and service (2+ years preferred)
- Strong knowledge of irrigation systems, including plumbing, hydraulics, and electrical components
- High mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus but not required
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Capable of standing, walking, bending, and stooping for long periods
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Optional Saturdays
- Typical hours: 6:30 AM - 5:30 PM. (average work hours)
