Install Foreman – Lawn Sprinkler Systems

Position Overview
Quality Irrigation is seeking a career-oriented individual with sprinkler installation experience to lead a team in installing underground lawn sprinkler systems for commercial and residential properties. This is a full-time position with significant overtime opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
Sprinkler System Installation & Team Leadership
- Lead a team of technicians to install commercial and residential irrigation systems
- Read and interpret sprinkler blueprints to ensure proper zone placement
- Oversee the remodeling and modification of existing irrigation systems
- Ensure proper use of vibratory plows, trenchers, and other sprinkler tools
- Maintain a safe, organized, and productive job site
Inventory & Equipment Management
- Manage company vehicle, tools, and job inventory
- Ensure all necessary and correct inventory is received for each assignment
- Complete work orders and maintain daily logs of time and materials used
Service & Customer Interaction
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and explaining installation processes
- Maintain clear and professional communication with team members and customers
Qualifications
Required
- 2+ years of irrigation experience
- Proven ability to handle a vibratory plow and trencher
- Ability to operate various sprinkler tools and equipment
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Commitment to maintaining a safe and organized work environment
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States and be able to provide documentation to verify eligibility.
Preferred
- Experience with sprinkler system servicing and troubleshooting
Working Conditions & Physical Requirements
- 10-hour shifts, Monday to Friday, with overtime opportunities
- Requires manual dexterity and physical strength to lift up to 50 pounds
- Regularly required to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and operate equipment
- Work is outdoors in various weather conditions
